About

Lu-An Shih was born in Taiwan in 1994. Before he started his bachelor of arts (fine art) in RMIT, he finished his bachelor degree in economics in Taiwan and have worked as HR specialist. He spent two years in a studio practicing oil painting and decided to dive deeper into the art world. He works in oil and acrylic paints. His practice engages with exploring and meeting the materiality of media and expression of the images through changeful colors and forms, hoping that he can develop ways of making in his unique aesthetic style.
